What kind of damage would a plasma gun do to human bodys, armor, walls etc.?

You mean real-life plasma damage?
Is there even such a weapon, or isn't it just a Sci-Fi weapontype widely used in such areas?
My imidiate responce would be a sort of corrosive kind of damage, similar to strong acid or something. Maybe a burning feel. But that is solely based on my encounters with plasma weapons in fiction (such as Fallout

)

Isn't it in the same category as solid, liquid, gas, and fluid? Like the fifth type of matter? IIRC it's only found in space...

IRL IIRC plasma is when a substance is heated so much that the electrons in it move so fast that they become seperated from the nucleus.... how such temperatues can be achieved I don't know but I think anything plasmatic would burn through most solid materials they tuch... therefore it might be logical that a plasma blast would leave burning marks upon the victim or maybe just holes that have been burnt out of the body.
it mighht also be very possible that plasma can only exist in a vacuum as it then keeps it's heat conceild to it self and doen't loosa any of it.... but I'm purely speculating on this...

IRL = in real life
IIRC = If I Recall Correctly
as for what substance I don't have a clue. Scientifically it's most possible that its somekind of gas... but in game I don't have any idea...
