I'm stuck in Chapter 2. I can't get into Luskan. I checked the walkthrough and I think it's because when I went into the Green Griffon Inn, Jaheet never came and talked to me. I never got the Standing Stones quest and Jaheet isn't in there now.
Could someone help?

I don't belive that quest is neasecary to enter Luskan.

What is needed is to find 3 pieces of information, giving them to the Spymaster/Aribeth.
The 3 pieces of information is usually the 3 journals of agents of the cult.

Are you sure you have found all 3 journals and given them to the Spymaster?
