In the Brothel of Intellectual Lusts, I've talked to a girl whose name is somewhere along the lines of Kerris-serras. She is the daughter of Ravel Puzzlewell. She doesnt believe it. I assume I need a lock of her hair or something similar to get a *Piece of Ravel* to unlock a portal. I already have the unfolding portal from the Godsmen Forge, and I imagine something she can give me will unlock it.

I've talked to a man on the west cafe, and I've asked him to research a man who died long ago who looked like me, and on Ravel. I assume that will give me the evidence I need to convince Kerris and unlock new dialog with her. He said he would have information in under a day. I slept 32 hours and came back to him, but there is no new dialog option to see what he's researched apparently. I need to know what he's found, and if he isnt the one who has the evidence I need to convince Kerris she is the daughter of Ravel, then I need to know how to convince her. I'm not one to normally be lazy like this and ask others for an answer I should be looking for myself, but I've tried everything, bought every exotic item etc, and I still cant seem to find a piece of Ravel or how to get one.


I have the lady of pain ragdoll, if that has anything to do with it. I recall playing this game years ago and quitting around this point because I was lost, but not before being mazed by her. Hopefully I will be soon, because I recall finding something from a past reincarnation of myself. I may need help on that too, not likely.

This post contains some minor spoilers. I don't remember all of the details, but I think this is what you need to do.

There's only one person who can convince Kesai that Ravel is her mother, and that person is her father. That makes sense, doesn't it? Who else besides Ravel would know for sure? Ecco told you that Kesai is Ravel's daughter, but she is not the only person in the Brothel who knows. Kesai's half-sister Kimasxi also knows (they have the same father), so you should talk to her. Kimasxi suggests that Kesai should talk to their father to settle the matter once and for all. When you talk to Kesai again, you can ask her to talk to her father. Everything should be fairly straightforward from there.

Ah, soon before you posted I found out myself. I had talked to her about it twice before, so I had assumed there were no new dialog options. I've since talked to her, thank you though! especially considering how empty these boards are.
