plz can someone help me. I have completed kotor but i cant work out how to use cheats for the game. I have done the thing "enable cheat=1" but that does not seem to work plz help me!!!!!!!!

Have you typed EnableCheats=1 correct (without the space and with the capitalletters?

Theres cheats?!? Is this for xbox or PC? If its for Xbox how do you get to them..

No, it's not for the Xbox. No way to do that.
