Alhelors alter/ Werewolf quest....

2 questions:
1. Ive read the posts regarding getting sir Kathis to spawn in the werewolf quest. He didnt spawn for me either. ALSO...now that Ive healed up the Spirit of the Woods, everthing in the game, including zombies, cons friendly to me. The wolves in the cave of Sir Kathis do too. I dont know that this makes a difference or not.
Needless to say, he wont spawn; and yes, Ive done all the mentioned, in the previous posts regarding getting him to spawn.
2. DOES ANYONE KNOW what, if anything, triggers the alter in Alhelors house? Ive tried everything in my inventory, including items I dug out of the pool in the temple just incase. Just wondering if anyone placed anything on this alter and got anything to trigger. :)

For the non-spawning of Kathis and the Spirit of the Wood thing - I can't help there. Is you game fully patched? (wierd that even zombies are friendly?)

As for the alter - I've never found a use for it.

freindly zombies.....

Yes my game is fully patched. It was the first thing I did when I installed the game (go to the website and install the latest up to date patch.)
As for things being friendly to me...EVERYTHING is friendly. Wolves, zombies, even the monsters in the caves including some of the larger ones.
Now I have a predicament.
If I even attack ONE single thing, to continue in my story line for the game, the healer and his helper in the temple attack me, as well as the main characters in the game I need to speak to, to continue to the next chapter, and also to continue to the next town in chapter 2.
What the heck.
Its too weird.
Just running through the north road with my rogue henchman, the farmer and his wife attacked me for no reason. LOL.
If I attack just one thing, no matter what, everything in the game then cons red to me (attack/enemy). Pretty kooky.
