Kill Valeron?

HELP?!?!? been trying to kill this guy for a while. i have good armor and weapons, but no matter what, i get weapon ineffective. any suggestions?
You mean a lich in netheril ruins????
This is very hard task to characters without magic skills(wizzard, sorcerer,cleric,druid etc.) or death protection(paladin).
Only +3 or +4 weapon can hurt him (slashing I think)
drink some potions( for save throws and stats), and use harbinger kin+3 or mace of disruption+4. This should work.
