Hey people,

What does 'initiative' exactly do? Something like faster casting a spell or making an attack? Since you can have a +4 bonus on itiative with a feat, I wonder what for effect is gives.

Initiative is used to determine in what order the parties involved in combat hits/cast/shoots iirc.
