Arachnid Template (Underdark) +1 CR
Choose Multiweapon fighting, Improved and greater Multiweapon fighting. edit: for some of the Marilith's feats
Give it 3 levels rogue +3 CR
Give it 4 levels Teflammar Shadowlord (UE) +4 CR
Give it 1 level Barbarian +1 CR
Give it the Snow Tiger Lodge feat from UE (dire charge with light weapon)
This will qualify it for at least 1 epic feat (even with the most stingy DMs), choose Perfect Multiweapon fighting
Give it items of Quickened Dimension Door and Haste at will.

Hmm....10 arms with 4 attacks each: 40 attacks
Partial charge before full attack: another 40
Dimension door behind the opponent and courtesy of Shadow Pounce: another 40 attacks.

that's 120 attacks, at CR 25 Who needs Hecatoncheires

(If you would say an Arachnid Marilith is stupid, you can do it with a Thri-Keen, wich can be Monster of Legend and get an extra standard action even in 3.5, tough this will "only" net you 96 attacks)

Pff, I can take it with my hands tied behind my back.

IIRC, a Marilith is large, so It can use Girallon's blessing to get another 48 attacks (thanks SuperThread )

EDIT: Heh, guess I'm more used to the WOTC boards than I thought

Pfff, survive one round and you've won. Keep in mind that in 120 attacks there are a whole load of crit misses.




... Not that at level 25 you're gonna survive that first round.
