Werewolf Question

Ok something has been buging me for a while. Why is that once i complete the Bloodmoon quest(the one were you don't choose to become a werewolf) and then ill get that ring to turn me into a werewolf but, i can never get the quests for the werewolf. Is it because i defeated that hunter???

You can only do either/or - you can't do both the Bloodskaal and the Werewolf quests (which is why it's a good idea to save once you've been infected as part of the main quest).
