I've just gotten the 2nd word thing, and I went back to Gend's lodge to give it to him. But there's nobody in the lodge. Not even the mercs that I can hire. Once in, I can't get out again, and the Stone of Recall doesn't work to take me back to the temple. I have to reload from a previous save file.

Anyone else ever had this problem? Is there a fix for it? I don't really want to do Chapter 3 all over again...
