Thanks in advance, Mitch

so you essentially want a monk sorceror...

add the innate ability use any item, then increment the number of times this ability is memorized by one, so you can immediately cast the spell.

then reload game, click on the button in your innates bar, you will see the graphic...

then save the game, and use console commands to raise your level, or use shadowkeeper to add xp points....get to the point where you are happy with your monk abilities...

open up the stats, and note how many attacks per round you get as a monk...

save, and load up the game in shadowkeeper, then change to sorceror, level 0....change the number of attacks per round from 1 to the number you saw, and save...oh yes, you can also at this point delete the use any item...

you are done...

now i personally have never ever created a monk sorceror, i don't like the monk class, so i really don't know if this will even work....

oh heck...that's way simple...

change the avatar to mage human, male or female,

change class to sorc true class,
set level to 0...

and basically that's it...

as soon as you reload, you will get the spell selection screen...

WARNING!!!! before you save the game to change under shadow keeper, unequip any weapons and items you're wearing....

:p

You could also move the saved game file from save to the mpsave directory and then start a multiplayer game. Unequip all items, delete the character and create a new one. Equip everything, use ShadowKeeper to raise the experience points (you will then level up ingame, so don't mess with the levels in SK), move the file back to the save directory, load the single play game and start play!

A related question to this topic. How can you replicate the Monk's fist damage. I have attempted to replicate the Monk's abilities for a theif, and I can do so for all of the special abilities - by copying the effects, movement - effects & movement of 2, & the attacks - by taking users suggestion above. The problem is the fists do almost no damage & aren't treated as +whatever weapons.

Any advice?

Thanks

carefull look in both near infinity and shadowkeeper suggests that the monk avatar tells the game engine to fists becoming weapons.

I have not tested this, but try changing your avatar to monk, and see what happens...

well i add the Debug Mode=1 in the baldur file, then when i get to the game i press ctrl+space to bring up the thing, then i type in CLUAConsole:CreateItem(SW2H10) then press enter, then it says "error file does not exist". so i dont know what is going on.

You are trying to activate cluaconconsole.

ShadowKeeper is a whole different program.

CLUAConsole:CreateItem(SW2H10)

should be

CLUAConsole:CreateItem("SW2H10")

try again... ;)
