Please Help, while fighting the lead guy (I think it is the lead guy-- no helmet and very nice bow) for the dark brotherhood the game either freezes up on me or drops me to windows. Have tried rebooting several times and keep getting one of the two problems. Any ideas?

Do you have the latest patch? (Bloodmoon patch if you have Bloodmoon installed, otherwise install the Tribunal patch)

Thanks got it going, I did down load the patch I just never opened it.
