AIM troubles

no, this isnt another paintball thread. my AIM wont connect 
is anyone else having problems with it tonight? (august 19, 03) *sighs* ive tried restarting my computer but no luck. i tried signing under my cousins name aswell hoping it might just be my SC....no luck either
