So i got the game and i am not quite familiar with the ac.Is it good if it is lowwer or higher?
And as for parry does the character avoid attacks even id you are not under the ability?
What does power attack do?
Does shield block attacks or just increase armour?
Can you have animal or familiatrs in the game?
Sry for the questions

Alright, here goes:
AC is the number the enemy has to beat on their attack roll to hit you, so higher AC is definatly better. Though, it is important to remember that a 20 is always a hit, regardless of AC, and a 1 is always a miss.
The way parry works is odd. Whatever the parry skill, that is what it is. A d20 roll is not added to it, as far as I have experianced. That said, if you parry is 20, and the enemy rolls anything under 20, then you have parried the attack. He rolls 10, or less, then you will counter the attack. In addition, you can only parry as many attacks per round, as you yourself have, so it is not effective against numerous enemies, unless you have an AC modifier to back it up.
Power attack, and later improved power attack, add damage bonus to your attacks, and the cost of your to-hit modifier. Power attack adds +5 damage at -5 to hit, and improved adds another 5 damage, while subtracting another 5 to hit.
Shields simply add to your AC.
Yes, familars and animal companions are in the game, provided you play a class that has access to them (wizard, sorceror, druid, ranger)

But then how did my character stop an aTTACK WITH HIS SHIELD?
And about hench men can you acces their inventory?
What animal compainians/familiars are there?
Do they level up too?

Alright:
The battle animations are simply that, battle animations. If the shield is not there, then it would simply been a swing and a miss, or shown rebounding off your own weapon. Sheilds simply add to AC, which in turn makes you harder to hit.
I believe that Inventory is still not accesible for Henchmen, even with SoU. If I am wrong, someone correct me. I just don't bother with using those brain dead imbeciles.
Famliars:
-Bat
-Panther (Bioware uber crap)
-Hell Hound (More Bioware uber crap)
-Ice Imp
-Fire Imp
-Pixie
-Raven
-(I can't remember what the last one is

)
Companions:
-Dire Hound
-Dire Spider
-Badger
-Brown Bear
-Raven
Familars and Companions level as your class levels. If you have a level 3 wizard, you'll have a level 3 wizard, regardless of the other levels you may have in other classes.
-Panther (New title, same Bioware uber crap)

That sucks so basicaly you cannot give weapons to henchmen?Cos im in the prison district and its a little hard to beat all of them so i got a hanchmen from the temple but his weapon sucks.
Is there a DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HENCHMEN/companians?-animal companians/champions?
Damn your smart (Aegis) keep up the good work =)

Not being funny SweetTooth, but have you read the manual? Most of your questions can be answered in there.

Lets have the proper tone please.
@SweetTooth: many of your questions can infact be solved by reading the manual, especially about feats, parry and such.
