My other two games load just fine but when I try to load my cleric game it gets the NWmain illegal operation on the loading screen nothing happens then I have to Alt-f4 out off, it then the computer runs retarded???

I not really looking forward to starting chapter 3 all over again whats wrong

You could try the usual : updating patch, reinstalling. Sounds like the save may me corrupt. Put the save on a disk (zipped of course) and see if it works on a friends computer.
