Traveling from Curst to Sigil?

I've got a problem as I'm now in Curst as I went through Ravel's maze.
Problem is, I haven't finished playing in Sigil, I've finished most quests but I haven't even entered under sigil and I haven't got the Cube, as I haven't bought the Strange Artifact Store.
Is there a way to get back to Sigil (I mean, it IS the city of portals after all?) or am I missing a valuable asset for rowing a boat?
