TOB save game

I had to do a complete reinstall of BGII, and now I lost my TOB save games. I was at the final battle. I Still have all my characters from my SOA save games. Do I have to play TOB again or is there something I can do to take me to the final battle again?
When you have to do a reinstall in the future, I suggest moving your entire save directory into some other place on your hard drive.
