Oversight Mod (Tougher Sendai plus!) Released

Kish's Oversight Mod has been released.
The package includes a Tougher Sendai combat, and improvements to alignment and class coding for "scenery" NPCs, and even continuity improvements to Irenicus and Saemon Havarian.
