Ok, this might be a dumb question, but I want to know anyway.
If I have 10 Perception and I pick the perk called Sharpshooter, will it help me in any way?

I seem to recall it helping me when I did it with one of my chars.
Don't if it was intended to work, it could be bugged in one of the earliest versions of the game.
I only tested it a few times, cause I usually took perception to 8 only.
My advice is before picking it (if you are at that crossroad) to save the game, pick it and try some various aimed shots out and see if the to hit percentage is any different.
