all right.....I thought I had gone everywhere is luskan...but I need to know where the four levers for Cormarr's machine are....I have two already........Also I have this quest from this Ghoul Outcast for an amulet does he give you one or two of them? Are they random? Thanx

how do you get hime to give it to you?? I have two of them.

Do the quest he wants you to do - it is the reward.
