I usually don't engage in this sort of nonsense, but I thought it would be really cool to get the 20,000th thread at GameBanshee (plus I'm wanting to up my post count). Let the party begin.

I categorically deny having ever posted a smilie at any time on any GameBanshee forum.

Furthermore, I take offense to such allegations which are no more than petty libel....

I haven't made any allegations; I'm simply denying your contention that I posted a smilie in this thread, and I repeat my assertion that there is no evidence that I ever posted any smilie on any GameBanshee forum.

Maybe we should have a best smilie contest. I'll put together a list of non-smilie people (all three of us) and we'll be the judges. The best smilie will win the set of Christmas lights I promised to Mr Sleep for beating Weasel to 8,500 posts a while back.

No, I can’t smile. It seems that if HLD starts a thread, my mind automatically reads (no smilies) in the title by default. Its just like ‘no spam’ only more insidious. I have a very suggestible mind, you know, prone to subliminal compulsions. . . .
