Mountain time

The bioware forums are down for repair or upgrade or whatever.
It is supposed to be up again at 16.00 mountain time. Does anyone know which time zone this is in? If you can translate it ti CET it would be great!!

Mountain Time is 7 hours behind GMT. Central is 6 hours behind GMT, therefore 3:00 Central.

CET is central european time right? it is GMT +1 so if mountain time is GMT -7 then shouldn't it be CET -8 or so?
