Right-click stuff a load of times to hear their easter eggs. Most (99%) creatures don't have any, though.

Do you know of NPC's with easter eggs? I can recall the reaction of the wizard in BG 1(damn, what was his name? He travelled with Montaron) when you clicked his potrait too much. It was funny, but maybe not all people..
