Am I blind? Spoiler needed for Chp 3 forge location

I can't for the life of me find the forge in Chapter 3! Am I an idiot (don't answer that!)? 
I've run a search of this forum, and the hints I've found indicate that it is at someone's well, in a place marked "Market" on the map. Well, there is no Market on my map! There's a merchant, smithy, etc, but....
Drat! I just want to make some weapons!
Help?
