well, i just go the 2 journals to get to luskan(sp?) and im getting ready to go there when this dwarf and his 2 guards attack me. i cant kill them. im a lvl 9 fighter with no henchmen.

Try buffing up on potions. Nothing like a good potion of invisibility when you're outnumbered.

Or hire a henchmen for this fight alone.
