Why does a dialogue box saying do you want to quit pop up whenever I try to scroll. I'm downloading the patch so that might help?

I've never had that problem. Did you try searching the official Troika forums on "scroll" or "scrolling?"

I later realized there were almost no npc's in the entire game world. No enemies. Nothing. This was fixed by a complete uninstall reinstall (the repair option did not help). I didn't change any of the options or anything guess it's just luck of the draw.
