THIS IS A BIT OF A SPOILER....






















At the end of the contest in the dungeons of the Green Griffin Inn, the riddle comes as to what to place in the chest. I can't seem to get my guy to put the egg in the chest. Is there a special way to do this??? It's driving me nuts!! Every time i try to get him to put it in, he drops it at his feet instead of into the chest....I'll never finish the contest at this rate. It must be something i'm doing wrong, because i couldn't get him to place weapons on the forge either.... HELP!!

ok you walk up to the chest and you open it, just like you open any other chest and then you move the egg from your inventory to the chest inventory. It's that simple.

Thanks for the quick response, but like before, the object absolutely refuses to be moved into that chest. I tried dragging it into the chest, dropping it in, etc. still no luck here..

OK FIGURED IT OUT...[DUH!]

Sorry guys. Must be the heat...I'm ok now. I didn't realize you had to put it in the chest inventory at the top of the screen. I was trying to put it directly into the chest. Thanks anyway.
