Here's the description of a new kit I'm planning to make. I would like your opinion on the abilities and restrictions.

SCOUT: Scouts live on the edge of civilization. They dedicate their life to protecting the wilderness settlements against the raids of evil creatures.
Because a scout's task takes him deep into hostile territory, he develops a few skills that aid in his survival.

ADVANTAGES:
- Permanent Non-detection at 12th level
- Can cast Find Traps once per day per 4 levels (starts with one use at 1st level)

DISADVANTAGES:
- Cannot wear plate or full plate armor.

Thanks,
Geert

Some extra powers:

- a backstab like a Stalker
- increased movement rate (+2)
- permanent Free Action (immune to hold,... but not to haste :D )

Which ones?

I think he sounds pretty balanced. I mean, not all kits have to turn your character into a killer machine. Maybe he would fit better into regular pnp, though...

Maybe he could have two racial enemies, considering how much contact he has with evil races? Don´t know if this can be done, though.

@Classic: I don't know how to add an extra racial enemy :( .

I thought he was pretty good at what he needs to do: sneaking into an enemy base unseen and safely, without being exposed by the first wizard he encounters.

I could try to add "Use any Item" as extra High-level ability, but I have the faint idea a cheesy smell would make the Scout detectable ;) .

I've added a +15% stealth bonus to represent the "sneaky" part. I don't think that will unbalance things. :)
