Getting Started Scripting, etc...

I remember last year some time there were some good guides on the net (forget if it was here at GB) that described what it took to design and fit into NWN your own 3D items, weapons, etc... Where can I find info on this and what would be a good place to start for simple scripting tutorials. Thanks for any help ahead of time.
