Stat cap?

Anyone notice a cap on your stats?? I mean my level 19 pal/fighter can not get more than 29 strength.
I had cast Bull´s Strength on Daelan the Red Tiger, he went up to STR 32 !
My Mage got INT 28, with some Rings on of course...
