How do you go about creating a ring that would allow you to restore attributes? Let's say that I want to make a ring that will restore strength. I have a ring, but how do I incorporate the restroe strength part. I need to let an enchanter know, but I'm unsure as to how to do this. Thanks in advance.

U must have a spell that can restore the atributes which u want it to restore, u must have a soul gem with a creatures soul in it, and u must have an item to enchant. As for the settings... theres not that many, just try some of them and eventually u will get it right.

What does that ... indicate ? That theres more u need to know ? Like trapping a soul ? (Theres a spell for that, i think its soultrap - u can get a scroll if ur not into magic). Where to buy spells ? Mage guilds and temples, and lots of other places - just keep ur eyes open I would think that the spell ur searching for could be found at a temple.

The only issue I have is where to find a spell like restore strength...I have plenty of sould gems, and a nice purty ring to enchant!

Dansu Indules at the Temple district in Vivec. I found her walking around outside. Otherwise i believe (not sure though) that u can find her in the high fane.

BTW,

the any restore attribute goes. As soon you have Restore <any attribute>, you already have Restore Attribute available at spelmaker or enchanter. So you can make Restore Strength by yourself with help of spellmaker or create item, no matter what atribute you've got initially.
