Lizardmen. The creator race people. They have some form of resistance to magic. What is it? Are they immune to X level spells and below? Do they just soak up X levels of spells? Help!

Can't say exactly since I haven't reached that point in the game but since I have a good knowledge of 3rd Edition rules I would surmise they simply have very good spell resistance. Very few things in 3rd E are simply immune to certain spells, and none are immune to all spells of a given level. Try taking Spell Penetration with your next feat, maybe that will help.
