Huh... I never quite understood this 'justifiable grounds for divorce' part, whats the point of living with someone who doesnt want to live with you anyway? :confused:

I think it's to try and give the marriage a second chance that that law exists, @Dottus.
Myself, I don't plan on getting married, just living in partnership. *Wonders whether it's time to bump the "Marriage vs Partnership" thread*
