Sarevok's last dialogue

Annoyingly, Sarevok seems to be reluctant to start his last dialogue (with Ascension) after defeating the Ravager. What do I need to stick in the console to prompt him to do it?

try force talking to him

try the CTRL-I cheat, to force a random dialog
