A quick Google search revealed two free emulators - Red Squirrel and Archie. However, neither of these come with ROMs, which I presume means part of the RiscOS that my Acorn was running. I say 'was' because my monitor is busted and my more advanced PC monitor doesn't understand the cavecomputer

That means I can't do what the emulator suggests and do a dump from the Acorn so I was wondering if anyone knew of any placed to download it or could send me some. In order to prevent the knee-jerk reaction that I'm doing something illegal, I don't think it is seeing as both of these pages (Red Squirrel and Archie) say that you should be able to download ROMs elsewhere.

Can anyone help me?

Could anyone who has the answer PM Kornflakes rather than posting ROM relevant material in this thread.

Well there's a lot emulation forums in the net, you can try to ask about them there. But to save you the trouble, PM me about those prog details and I'll ask them for you instead

Thanks Kid01, but I managed to perform the dump without being able to see the screen

What are those forums in case I have any more problems?
