Sorry for asking, but... who's baasie? I don't seem to remember such a member and when I do a search I don't get any results.. Or maybe I missed something...

He was the dude that got banned and wouldn't stay banned. Well, the first one anyway. you can find it by looking in the alphabetical listing of member name under the find member thingie.

I think the correct spelling is actually Baassie. You can find his posts here. It's a long story, but suffice to say that he's no longer posting.

I guess since we all Spam, including those who claim to be affiliated with other groups, I would say Sleep, Maurice and the other inventors of SPAM are the most influenttial. Weasel just passed it on, so that all the later new guys would learn the ways, and when he left we taught the later people.

Wonders if he should metion to thorin that Buck will see this when he gets back..............................

I am taking Baasie out of the poll since most people weren't actually around when he was and only know of him, i remember him, it was funny but it wasn't exactly stellar.

You've got it wrong. King John didn't become corrupt. He started out as arrogant, deceitful, murderous, and self-indulgent. We mods have a long way to go before we can equal him, but given time, steadfastness, and sincerity of effort, we may yet hope to come within distance of his achievements.

Besides, the historical Richard Lionheart was even worse than John.
