Heh. Aerie just had her little nervous break down and the fight with Jaheira.

I don't know which one to choose...

I originally had Viconia in my party too but she wasn't pulling her weight as a decent cleric (compared to Aerie and Jaheira anyway) and besides my protagonist is an elf.

Now, back to the original question. I don't know whether or not I should choose Jaheira or Aerie, this is my first time romancing either one of the two and I'm just wondering as to which one will be more interesting.

I've heard quite a bit about how Jaheira's romance is the more interesting since it ties in with a lot of the quests and stuff, but through all of Aerie's angst, I'm gotten pretty attached to her and don't want to make her any more miserable than she is...

You could try installing the multiromance patch and watching both unfold......
of course....that patch does reset all the romances to their starting points so you would have to play with variables via the CLUA Console......

I'd rather not use the multiromance patch and I'd like see how the girl I let down react to not having me ^_^

Actually, the new version doesn't reset the romances anymore - I changed the variable that the script look for to see if the romance is active or not. You shouldn't have any problem using in an existing game.

Well, I was in the same fix, and I chose Aerie, and Jaheira just gave me the very-well, If that is what you wish line....

Viconia is the best romance since she sleeps with you the most (gotta rest right??!!!) and she is the best cleric barnone as far as spells are concerned. Aerie is a whiny ***** so I cant say that she would be any good in the sack 'it hurts it hurts' but Jaheira mostly resembles a man when she talks....good luck.

Dude, if you like Aerie, ignore what anyone else says and go with Aerie. I really think that you shoud pick the romance that you're the most interested in pursuing, not the one which other people have told you has a more interesting plotline. Try it out with Aerie and see how you like it, then try out Jaheira in another game. Or you could always save the game in two different slots, one in which you pursue the Aerie romance, the other in which you pursue the Jaheira romance. Saves you the trouble of starting the game all over again. *shrug*

2: I asked the guys at Blackisle and they say Jaheira indeed DOES NOT shave her armpits.

It's a shame you can't convince Aerie to romance Jaheira and then romance them both in the process. I'm sure Viconia would be down with that and we all know Jaheira is a closet dyke... In the end though, I'm afraid Aerie wouldn't be able to handle the pressure of a 4 way and Jaheira and Viconia would say "We got pleasure spells out the ass, what do we need a man for?", so they'd ditch you and save the lovin' for one another.

Sigh...

The Jaheira romance takes a while and if you are already a fair way into the game it may well be best to go with aerie (although she really gets on my nerves.)

I don't think I got any romancing from either Aerie or Jaheira. Maybe just just a little from Aerie but what of the Druid?
I am far in the game and what's going on?
I'm an elven archer if it has anything to do with the race.

At the moment I'm playing with both Jahiera and Viconia.... and I'v got the multi-romance script And I think it is very funny to she those two fighting over me.... some quite interresting conversations they have As I'm playing with an lawful evil dueled F/C it is obvius that I'm going for Viconia.... Right? But as they are fighting they sometimes ask me what to do!!!! And I have always backed Viconia up, but still jahiera hangs on to my...... nam nam..

the thing is is that I just hate evil, I'm a more inteligent version of Minsc, with the same reactions to evil people, I live by Sicero (the great Roman) no immoral act can ever be expidient.

sure, the evil can do anything they want, but would you live your life like that, killing everything? Why does everyone think that it is good to be evil, good rules, but never mind the opinion of the poet, for that is what I am. Besides, there are 2 tioes of evil, being evil (the alingment) or acting evil (ammasing your entire force on one kobald, or killing it with a comet) I prefer the second, that is a lot like CG DIE EVIL HAHAHAHAHAHA

They always end up being rp'd like wh40k kharne, I never even get other npcs in my party, even korgan dies

didn't your mother tell you to play nice with the other kids??? besides, you might end up like crasus, and turn down all help from a true friend, only to be led to slaughter at the hands of a false one........ The partheons killed 12 roman leigons (that is 60,000 troops) with the archers alone, without loosing a single soilder, so don't turn down help, you may need itf

Anyways.... Go Aerie, if you absolutly MUST play a good romance, stick with Aerie simply becouse it will save you NUFF hassle due to annoying bugs and length of the jaheira romance

well,, right now I am in the proccess of the devamp quest, do you need to do themain umar quest to complete it, or can you get in, get to the statue, get out?
