Help! Help! (I'm bein' repressed!)

I can't figure out how to get out of Baator. The walkthrough says, "Using Fhjull's directions on how to get back, you need to grab a piece of Obsidian from the ground and cut your tongue with it before the portal will open." But I looked all over in the location listed on the map and can't find the obsidian. What am I missing?

This was one of the most infuriating parts of the game for me. What one has to do is keep talking to Fhjul until you have run out of dialogue options. At one point one has to ask him how to get back to him. He will tell you about the obsidian and cutting your tongue with it at a preditermined point. It should be south west in direction.... it is hard to describe exactly where. I hope that helped :)

WHAT? I don't have a save-game from before Baator? Are you telling me my game is ended because I didn't follow an obscure part of the dialogue tree?!?! Is there no way around this problem?

If i remember it correctly, you have to go to the lower left side as far as you can, and you can click on teh ground somewhere there to get back to Fhjul. I don't think it matters if Fhjul told you about it or not.

That is possible, i couldn't find it when i was doing it though. It should be on the opposite side of the screen from the exit to the heads.

Whoa, calm down. You should have an auto-save that occurred right before you entered your latest area. Try loading that, and see if it works. :)

Inject some morphine, then go talk to the skulls again

You can simple walk back to the skulls, initiate a dialog again and ask it how to get out. It will tell you about the obsidian, then you can walk to the far, far west and you will AUTOMATICALLY pick up some obsidian and exit the area. Until you talk with the Skulls about this you cannot find the obsidian.

Im sorry to say so! i have tried ecsactly the same once. and because i forgot to ask Fhjul how to get out. you have to reload. because The Nameless don't know the part of the Obsidian. i allso had another little problem there. if you dont betray Fhjull. the game can crash where the "betrayal of Fjull" video are supposed to come. so remember to save before leaving Fhjull the second time.

Like Witch King said; just ask the Pillar, then go to the South-West corner of the main Baator area.

Got it. Thanks all. I never asked Fhjull how to get out, but it didn't seem to matter. My problem was that I had Annah skulking around looking for something to pick up. But as soon as I walked NO over to the far lower left, I go the dialogue.
