Stuck with Natalie,or rather without her. The location is inactive, even she is already gone!

Hmmm... are you saying that you can see the location but it's greyed out? This might be because you have to exit Athkatla trough the city gates, in the gates district, in order to reach the areas outside the city. After you visited them once you can however reach them from any map.

Sorry, i missed the gates.
Though i nonetheless do not understand why i was allowed to Umar Hills and Trademeet. while Windspear Hills and de'Arnise Hold were forbidden
