New job?

Hello everyone. I interviewed for a new job yesterday. It was an excellent interview and I hope to hear the outcome today. With any luck I will be able to divest myself of the fetid, stench-ridden slag heap that is London, for the seaside gay mecca of Brighton.

It could mean a whole lot of changes for me - life, job, house, etc. Though I suspect minimum disruption to my Gamebanshee appearances.

Wish me luck. :)

Anyone with similar experiences, speak up!

Good luck Grunty.

I recently had an interview for a programming job with the company that distributes Glenfidich whiskey. Unfortunately I did'nt get it, but that would have been a real money saver (oops, sorry, that should read life changer) :D

I'm actually surprised that Gruntboy's own comment about the "seaside gay mecca" hasn't prompted a crack or two. He could have worn a kilt and still been pantless but "manly".

Anyway, Gruntboy, all of the best from those of us here at SYM. We just hope that your new job will allow you the same amount of loafing that you enjoy now, so you won't be away from GameBanshee for too long.

If Gruntboy doesn't have a position open, I'm looking for an assistant. I think McBane is, too.

I think we're all looking for assistants when it comes to red heads. :D

btw Viv, the commute is easy, the pay exorbitant, and there are monthly bonuses awarded as cases of merlot. ;)

Oh yeah, g'luck Grunt (I think not wearing pants to an interview would get you a job if you were in a different field)
