Problem with Outlook Express

I've been using OE 6 until now, but it suddenly lost interest picking up my mails, and gives me following message:
The host 'pop.totalise.co.uk' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'pop.totalise.co.uk', Server: 'pop.totalise.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
I haven't done anything particularly significant either hardwares or programs, and have no idea what to do with it. I'm sure it's nothing to do with my username or passwords, as I can still retrieve my mails directly from the account. It may not be serious, but very inconvenient.

If anyone out there can help me, I'll very much appreciate.

Thank you.

There could be a connectivity issue with Outlook and your email client. The only other explanation I could offer is that maybe you installed something that interferes with Outlook Express (Outlook, Windows XP)

Personally i would say it was totalise.co.uk having problems, give it a few days and see what happens, your mail will still be on their server unless they are having server issues.

The error is most likely caused from the server's end. There are two options either the incoming mail server is down at the moment or has changed. I don't believe is an OUtlook error expect if the server's name is incorrect, which is not as far as i can tell. :)

Thanks, guys. :)

I wasn't sure if the server got problem(s), because I can still retrieve my emails, as long as I don't use OE. I'm going to wait for a few days, then contact the company if the problem won't be solved.
