)it's so quiet today on SYM, and after the ICQ upsets me....I kinda bored :(

So there're thoughts crossed my mind - which movie villain you consider 'The Ultimate Villain" or "The Best Villain"?

I personally like :
1. Chucky from Childs Play series
2. Michael Meyers from Halloween series (The guy never speak any words ! Even when he kill the victim  )
3. Lord Vader - with his Dark Grip and "I'm your father" quote :D

<EDIT> You may SPAM as long as the SPAM is within the topic. So watch your language ! :D :D

i would say no to vader, as he really isn't that mean, i mean, he's a nice guy. it does add a 3 dimensional touch to his meanness, but still, he's not 100% villian. I'd say the emperor is much more villian-esque

Palpatine is the villain....but his appearance and the lightning bolt thingy are not my type ;)

Movie? Does that mean no TV villians? If so, then I guess that rules me out. :(

Hmm...this is a difficult decision.

Kakyuu-hime from Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon SuperS The Movie.

Celestin from Ah! Megami-sama The Movie.

Dr. Soran from Star Trek Generations.

Kain from Tenchi The Movie: Tenchi Muyo In Love.

Mariemaia Khushrenada from Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz.

Ernst Stavro Blofeld- head of S.P.E.C.T.R.E.
For those uneducated among you- He was the bad guy in several James Bond movies- and created the classic pose of just the hands petting a white cat. the scene is spoofed in Insepctor Gadget and Austin Powers to name a couple.

I think all the old Bond villains deserve a mention really. Except the more recent ones... they're not really menacing enough.

And that links nicely to two more of my favourite villain actors: Christopher Lee (Scaramanga in The Man with the Golden Gun) and Christopher Walken (Zorin in A View to a Kill) - both great bad guys ;)

Also, British actors are notoriously good villains (or is that bad villains? :D ), even if they do it with a foreign accent... Alan Rickman, Gary Oldman, Jeremy Irons - most of their villains are good.

I just have to mention Ming the Merciless from the Flash Gordon movie :o

My favourite movie villains:

Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkinds) in Silence of the Lambs

Stansfield (Gary Oldman) from The Professional

Khan (Ricardo "¿Quien es mas macho?" Montalban) from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan

Goldfinger! Blofeld was cool too especially in Diamonds are Forever. What about Jaws? Pretty scary.

Michael Douglas as the US/ACLU President in "The American President." Without question the most frightening movie I've ever seen! :)

a shark can't be a villian!

Oh yeah now i realize my mistake. I was referring to Jaws from James Bond movies, "Moonraker" and "Spy who loved me". Not the shark.
The shark was a wimp, BTW. Free Willy could own his *** any day.

What are you guys talking about? Hannibal is a bad good guy, in both movies! did you want him to win, or the police?
In Silence of the lambs he helped Clarice!
(Realy, get you're facts straight!)

My vote goes to Alan Rickman as Hans Gruber in Die Hard. A truly awesome villain.

I agree with Georgi about Zorin. Man that guy was creepy, Christopher Walken that is. :D

As for my pick for a villian, well nothing beats the demonic doll from hell, Chucky.
