when I go to the graveyard, (after I have returned from Underdark) Bhodi ambushes me as soon as i enter. She imediately kills Arie, and her portrait disapeares.

this makes me very unhappy.

Is this part of the plot?
How do i save and keep Arie?

Didn't you ask a question very much like this one a few days back? I'd swear I remember giving a similar answer. Unless I'm just growing senile as I pass the 1,000 year mark.

Hmmm... a few days ago i asked a question about keeping Imoen in my party. but i'm not sure thats what you are reffering to.

Eusabian: without giving anything away: yeah, it's part of the plot. Just go after her (and Bodhi), you'll know what to do. If not, drop me a line.

I worry more about his cane myself, plus, he seems to have connections with people with names like Guido and Vinnie.

I just did this (for the first time), but with me Aerie stays. Instead Jaheira leaves and a weird fellow walks by saying weird things.

It appears not everybody loses Aerie in the graveyard district (maybe i will later)

It is tied into your romance, if you are in a romance with a character, and it is far enough along, then Bhodi does her thing, So you could lose Aerie, Jaheira, Viconia, or Anomen, depending on who you are involved with.
