Silent Running meets Terminator
2001 meets The Ten Commandments
Pokemon meets Gone with the Wind
Any takers?

LOL @sleep..good thread. the Oxford music magazine
NightShift has a similar habit, but with 'meets' replaced with more interseting verbs. It would not be surprising to find a band reviewd as sounding like David Bowie eating Iggy Pop's brains of a plate made of the crushed vocal chords of the surviving members of T-Rex. Or something.
anyway, how about Sleeping Beauty meets Sleepy Hollow?
