I only listed the countries that possess, are suspected to possess, or striving to acquire, nuclear capabilities.
I voted USA.

I voted USA mainly because of the large nuclear weapons stockpile and intact military.

Anyway, I voted for the States, but not for their large arsenal, but for their economic takeover of the world (If you want, I'm willing to discuss in another thread)

I voted for India
Russia is second...

Well I went with China. Not because of there weapons. I mean who cares about nuclear ablity. I really think that there will be a need for them in any war.
So I say china for there idealistic ways. Taken away peoples rights and freedoms.

I voted "other", thinking of Colombia, but then I thought about dangers to the individual.
Seen in a world perspective and talking about nuclear weapons, I would vote for the USA. Talking about damaging nuclear radiation, I would vote for Russia of Ukraine because of the open storage of radioactive material and their nuclear power plants.

I don't think that absolute power corrupts, but I do believe that politicians are the kind of people you really shouldn't leave to babysit your pet cat, let alone put in charge of a nation. That being the case, the larger and more powerful the nation, the greater the inherent danger from it: and a Dubyah-led US is a very dangerous place, indeed.

It's surprising to me that so many people voted for the USA. They can be dangerous indeed but my vote went to iraq.

I haven't voted at all as I do not think that Countries are dangerous. People are!
If, by dangerous, you meen ecconomic, social or environmental danger, I would have a hard time picking between the US, China and Russia. (with a host of others just behind).

The USA is the safest place on the planet.
Look at NYC, within minutes of that terrible deed there was a Combat Air Patrol over the city. Only recently has this been downgraded. That's six months of continous fighter cover. Just try, just you try again.
