This moment ManU leads by 1 pt to Arsenal, but they have played one game less. 1 pt behind Arsenal is Liverpool. Newcastle, Chelsea and Leeds are behind, but they still have (theoretical) chance. What do you think, how it will end?

Even though I accept the realities, I just had to vote for Chelsea myself. Like Commander Peter Q. Taggert said in Galaxy Quest: "Never give up, never surrender!"

LOL, I've posted a couple of polls, but now they are burried with lots of other non poll threads.

Some football talk to get this thread back to topic:

After today's defeat to Middlesborough, Man Utd don't look that sure winner anymore (?). It's exciting (for a change) to see who is the champion.

Yes, and then I like to interpret the symbolic meaning of what they said, and connect to the filth that I know really goes on in their petty little minds and then I'd like to.....eh, hrrm, where was I? Oh yes, - Go Arsenal! :D

I can't really discuss the matches since I usually don't watch them, I only check the results.

I'm a season ticket holder for ManU and god was that game annoying. That's the first time I've seen ManU lose. Arrgghh!! Should keep the season interesting though. Forlan is trying too hard if that makes any sense.

You have ManU season ticket and you live in... Japan?

Yeah, I can see ManU supporter finds that game annoying (I saw most of the second half from TV)... I would say that the best weapon ManU has, good attacking game, didn't work yesterday (duh...) Even though team was 1 goal behind they didn't/couldn't make good pressure on Middlesboro' goal, like they usually do (I've seen them get even from being 1-2 goals behind, at least twice this season already).

Who is this Forlan guy anyway? I hadn't heard about him before. Agree with you though, he definetily tried too much.

25 million of ManU's 40 million supporters live in East Asia...seeing as there are about 500,000 people in Manchester I think your chances of meeting a genuine Manchunian ManU supporter a slim going on miniscule. The season ticket however is a mystery. ;)

Sad day for any Chelsea fans, we lost to Liverpool with overtime goal... damn! Otherwise it was a good game that could have ended either way - first half Chelsea was dominant, but second one Liverpool had more and more chances, until the very end they made a fine goal. :(

But on the other hand this makes the championship struggle even tighter, as Liverpool is now leading the league...

Pardon my ignorance, but are you guys talking about "soccer" or "football" as we Americans understand it?

We are talking about what you call soccer. :)

Although I'd prefer to vote with my heart (Newcastle) I've got to vote with my head and say Arsenal. Best attacking football all round. (As shown in the 3-0 massacre... :( :( )

Definately ManU. They still have to play Arsenal at home and I think that they will win that game.

None of the others have a chance.

I think it's going to be liverpool. They had a little problem in Dec - Feb, but appear back on track. Of course, I wish they would have kept Fowler, as you never know when Owen will go down again.
