I beat it

I just beat it...first try on the slayer, man he was EASY! I didnt cheat or anything, just took out his demons, cast ruby ray, and hit him. ah well...now for ToB. One question though, isn't there a way to go back and just walk around, finish side quests, and generally get back to the world? As soon as I got the scene with the queen it rolled a movie then credits, there was no save after beating it. The queen gave me an amulet but now I cant even look at it. How do I access my after-beating game?

You get to see what the amulet does in ToB.
Sadly theres no way to return to the Amn areas.

It would be worth checking out. Anybody?
Can you go back to Amn during ToB, using CLUAConsole, and if so, can you perform quests and visit merchants?

Yes it is possible... you can speak with merchants, dont know about quests tho'. If you exit the area you will get the ToB world map however.
