How does one get into Blades of the Banshee

Hi guys, I just checked out your site and it looks really cool. I used to roleplay Vampire The Masquerade online and I really missed not being able to (most are just powergamers and no onereally rps). I need to join! How does one do this? Do I have to be an exalted member?

Yes - there has been some delay - but this time I have a good excuse
I was in a traffic accident thirsday last week, and it has not been easy to write on the keyboard or use a mouse with my right arm busted the way it was
- now my arm has gotten a whole lot better, so I should be able to update the site with the new chars soon
