What am I suppose to do with Gaal and his two
guards? Am I suppose to kill Gaal and his two
guards after I finish the quest or when I first
meet them? Thanks

You need the key. Will you get if you kill Gaal?

I suppose you can loot the key from his dead cold body.

Play along with Gaal and do as the temple of helm requires.

Thanks a million Pebz. I already got the key
from him and raided the unseeing eye living
quarters. I was just thinking of killing Gaal
and his people so I can get his stuff. Will this
work cause Tad is there too and if I kill everyone
he might not help me later. Or should I wait
till after I kill Tad to wipe them out?
Comments?

I think you can only get his key from him, not his body, so I talked to him, agreed to the quest got the key, and then killed him and everyone who was inside- the unseeing appeared there.

Yeah, but why not do the quest the normal way? Accept Gaal's offer, complete the quest given to you by the church and return to Gaal. He will turn hostile immediately upon realizing your betrayal and you'll be able to fight, and loot, all you want. If you attack him right away (whether it's possible to then get the key or not) there certainly is no need to assemble the rod or go to the deceased at all.

SPOILER Unseeing Eye/Kangaxx

Hi,
I'm playing SoA - Chapter Six and I already killed Gaal back in Chapter Two. With Gaal dead, I cannot get the key I need to get to a certain part of the sewers. I read on the GameBanshee site that Kangaxx's arms and leggs can be found in that part. I suppose I can't finish the Unseeing Eye quest or the Kangaxx quest anymore. Why can't the key just be found on Gaal's dead body? Well, I guess now I'll have to start a new game with another character from BGI (was planning to anyway, for the golden pants enigma) to complete those quests. Not to worry, though, plenty of other quests.

Didn't you read what Morlock writes? To my knowledge, too, the UE does appear if you attack Gaal for no reason.

Just add the key by using Shadow Keeper and your problem is solved.

You need the key to get to the shadow lich with Kangaax's part. I have no patience for the whole quest- going to the weird people, going to the bridge, using the rod- I get claustirphobic after a while.

If you play through the quest though, you get the Gloves of Dexerity, which can be quite useful for Keldorn, Korgan, and Anomen.

Kangaxx is one of the most powerful enemy in SOA/TOB, you will not want to miss out on this experience. Besides the ring of Gaxx is the best equipment in SOA/TOB in my opinion. :)

Sorry, but you mean the girdle of fortitude is
on Gaal. The gaunlets of dexterity are in
a pile of bones the the Ghoal Lord's area...

I never use the dead unturn thing. I have tried
to use it but nothing ever happens. What do I do?
Do I click on the funny skull thing then what do
I do?

Does this actually kill the undead? Or do they
just run away. I don't want them to run away
I want to kill them...

What I do is cast invisible stalker/wyvern and then have Aerie(11) and my priest(15) turn undead behind the fodder. I have kill great mummies, great gouls and vampires like that. :D

However, I don't know if it works on the shadows/shadow fiends though.

I just use Greater Malison and Sun Ray to kill Vampires/Liches.

Casius,

You can use Sun Ray to kill Liches?
How about the DemiLich?
