Hello guys! This is my first post after some useful lurking......

I've a question (of course). I just can'y find the Dragon word to "unlock" the Cruel Glyph.

I've already clean off the Main Halls, Deep Halls (where is the first Cruel Glyph), Lizardfolk Tunnels, Halls of Stones and Halls of Light (other 2 Cruel Glyphs). In this last level I've killed every Lizardmen and all Orogs except 2 Orogs Conscripts (they didn't assault my soft-skinned party).

Where can I find the d@mned Dragon word?

Well first of all this cruel glyph it's actually the glyph of claw and you need the dragon word to unseal any door marked with this glyph. In order to learn it you must first find a way to exit the dungeons and reach the city heights (you will need the ring of calling for that). When you do that return to the halls of light and you will meet with a band of orogs near one of the areas that has the glyph. If you agree to fight with them against the cult they will teach you then Dragon Word.

So I will going on exploring the upper levels (House of Gem Tower) and I wil return later in the Halls of Light. I was afraid to leave something unsolved behind me....
